Meditation is classically done in a seated position, eyes closed, with the attention focused on the breath. But there is a long tradition of engaging in this practice through mindful movement. This week we will practice walking meditation. This can be done in your home, yard, or perhaps while walking in your neighborhood or park. Lace-up your shoes, grab your phone/headphones and join me for this guided meditation practice.
