While yoga is a deeply personal practice for an individual, partner yoga allows us to come together to practice playfulness and trust and create new bonds with others while on our mats. In this supportive environment we will flow through intertwining postures. Whether you come with your partner or a close friend or loved one, you'll be able to explore and grow aspects of loving, successful relationships such as communication, laughter, patience, nurturance, respect, support, and give-and-take cooperation. This Valentine's Day- themed class will touch on the basics of a shared practice by exploring partner stretching, therapeutic flying and basing, and beginner acro yoga poses. The class will conclude with the relaxing elements of thai massage and connection.
All levels welcome - no prior partner yoga experience necessary. Come with whomever - a partner, loved one, family member or friend. $50 per couple (only one person needs to register, as your one registration reserves a spot for 2). Pre-registration required.
